Jeremy has built a strong foundation in the private lending industry, gaining a deep understanding of what it takes to move a loan from start to finish. Through years of hands-on experience, he has developed an eye for the details that make the lending process run smoothly, from communication and documentation to timing and execution. This perspective allows clients and partners to have confidence in the process, freeing them to focus on growing their own business while knowing their loans are handled with care and precision.

With experience in both operations and origination, Jeremy has reviewed and supported the closing of a wide range of loans; totaling $75M of personal originations and $750M of processing and underwriting review. This has given him a broad understanding of how varying deal structures and lender requirements align to produce consistent, successful outcomes.
Jeremy approaches every loan with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. By understanding each stage of the process, from underwriting to funding, he’s able to anticipate challenges and tailor solutions that reflect each client’s goals, ensuring their projects deliver the results they need.

Originally from Northwest Arkansas, Jeremy now calls Washington home. He’s passionate about real estate and investing, and enjoys exploring new areas across the Pacific Northwest, visiting local markets, and spending quiet nights in to unwind and recharge. He’s dedicated to continually expanding his knowledge across all areas of real estate investing and life in general, believing that personal growth and curiosity are essential to both professional success and fulfillment.
